Pan de Sal

A classic Filipino breakfast bread with a twist???Here’s what TheLoneMiss has to offer.

Whilst the pandemic season, all access to stores are very limited (bake shops included) because all must follow certain guidelines to preventing the spread of covid-19.

Just when I was about to give up looking for another snack to get my hands on, A lovely lady named Joy had shared rather a strange bread. I was surprised at first to look at it because it looked so perfectly shaped but when I looked closer, it was a Pan de Sal.

Another known fact; Pan de Sal is a Filipino classic bread that goes perfectly with beverages like coffee and even hot chocolate. I personally like to put either liver spread or meat with OJ to drink.

Going back this isn’t just your typical Pan de Sal, it’s actually Ube(purple yam) Pan de Sal. Now we all know how most people love the taste of ube and there are recipes that have ube in it. Bread is Ube, the thick sweet filling is Ube, Idk everything about it is just so delightful.

I recommend you buying one or making it in case you’ll crave one of those soft and delicious bread.
