Ever since ECQ started, most of us were stuck inside our houses and trying to be productive whether WFH or just You and your housemates simply doing chores together.
It’s no joke to be stuck inside your home for 2 or so months hardly going outside due to the ongoing pandemic. With all the said tasks and hobbies done and still, you ran out of things to do.

During my stay at a friend’s household for a few weeks, The four of us were talking about Japanese food and thought to myself; “I should make gyoza tomorrow”. Knowing them at least, we’re all foodies and love to enjoy food.

So the next day, I went to buy some ingredients for it and have YT help me on the step by step gyoza making process. It’s fairly simple and I recommend to make batches of these should you crave for more. I had fun folding the wrappers too.
Fun fact: you can store gyoza in the fridge for a month.
Right after I served the dish, it didn’t even take long before everyone had consumed the first batch I made which I completely understand since I don’t eat much. Gyoza and some Dim sum became an exemption. It’s safe to say the household enjoyed it and now they make one too whenever.
